This Privacy Policy explains how Sparrowstep, LLC (“Sparrowstep,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Subscriptix (the “Service”), a web application for subscription cohort analysis and revenue projection. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name and email address. If you sign in through Google or Microsoft, we receive basic profile and email information from that provider to identify your account.
- Data you upload or connect. The Service is built to analyze subscription data you choose to provide — for example, cohort and subscriber history uploaded as CSV files, or data imported from a connected service such as Stripe. This data is processed to produce the projections, curves, and reports you ask the Service to generate.
- Communications. If you contact us for support, we keep the messages you send and our replies.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data. We log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, which helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies to sell your data or to build advertising profiles. We use only strictly necessary first-party cookies (to keep you signed in and secure); we do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is shown.

- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service and its features.

- To process the data you upload or connect and return the analyses you request.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service.

- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run the Service — for example, cloud hosting and infrastructure (Amazon Web Services) and, where you choose to connect them, data sources such as Stripe. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sparrowstep, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

The Service integrates with third-party providers that you choose to use, such as Google and Microsoft for sign-in and Stripe for importing subscription data. When you connect or authenticate through these services, their own privacy policies govern the information they collect. We access only the information needed to provide the features you request.
Data retention
We retain your account information and the data you provide for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, after which we will delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices

Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
